I designed and delivered a 3-hour workshop to bridge this gap.

Instructional Designer: Conducted a task analysis of the VEX 123 hardware.
Curriculum Developer: Authored the learning objectives and mapped them to state standards.
Facilitator: Led the 3-hour live onboarding for K-5 educators.

Learning Objective Deck: Standard-aligned goals for the session.
Resource Guide: A curated "toolkit" of printables, lesson plans (Literacy + Math), and technical videos.
Hands-on Activities: Guided exploration of Touch, Coder, and VEXcode methods.
Tools Used:
VEX 123 Hardware & Coder.
Microsoft PowerPoint (for instructional delivery).
Canva/PDF (for resource documentation).
Results & Impact: Teachers left the session with ready-to-use lessons (like the Three Billy Goats Gruff module), reducing their prep time and increasing the likelihood of robotics being used in the Media Center.
