Context & Business Need: The district identified a need to increase STEM engagement among female students. I was tasked with designing a holistic campaign that included a professional conference, a centralized resource website, and a 4-month digital marketing strategy to drive registration and community partnership.
Your Role & Contribution:
Program Manager: Directed the 4-month campaign timeline and stakeholder communications.
Web Developer & Content Strategist: Built the "InspiHER" digital hub, including career exploration tools and mentor profiles.
Multimedia Designer: Produced all promotional videos, social media assets, and the "Measuring Success" framework.
Process Artifacts:
Strategic Campaign Deck: Outlining the target market, budget considerations, and KPIs.
Resource Website: A mobile-responsive platform featuring "Women in STEM" profiles and career-search functionality.
Success Metric Dashboard: A framework for tracking social media engagement and qualitative student feedback.
